Medication refills are included in the Prescription Hope service fee. We have a team dedicated to taking care of refilling your medication on time every time. This is why there is an ongoing service fee of $50 a month for each medication obtained through Prescription Hope.

Yes, you will be charged a service fee of $50 a month for each medication you access through Prescription Hope. If you receive 1 medication through Prescription Hope’s efforts your total monthly service fee will be $50 a month. For 2 medications your total monthly service fee will be $100 a month. For each additional medication, you will add $50 a month. There are no other charges or fees associated with receiving your medication each month.

Prescription Hope is not associated with your health insurance but does supplement your insurance. Whether you have health insurance or not you are able to enroll with Prescription Hope. We encourage you to apply only for medications that cost you more than $50 a month out of pocket cost.

Prescription Hope does not offer generic medication. However, if you are taking a generic that costs you more than $50 a month, we encourage you to place it on the enrollment form, as we will check to see if we can access the brand-name equivalent.

Our team begins working immediately after receiving your enrollment form to determine if you qualify for assistance with the medications you have applied for. We are a service based company that works on your behalf to ensure you qualify for the correct patient assistance program to receive your ongoing medications.

Within 48 hours of receiving your enrollment form, your first payment will be processed for the medications you qualify for.

The medication accessed through patient assistance programs are free, you are paying for our service. There are no extra costs or fees associated with the medication or our services.

    We request documentation from you and your healthcare provider. This information is required by the pharmaceutical manufacturer to complete your medication order.


  • 4. Receive Medication

    Medications are typically delivered in a 90-days supply, directly to your home or healthcare provider’s office as required by the pharmaceutical company that ships your medication.
